Although Montessori education has been around over 100 years, there are still many people who remain unaware and misinformed about this longstanding, cutting edge approach to education. There is no better way to understand the beauty and wonder of Montessori than seeing it firsthand.
The Montessori Glass Classroom project is a public awareness campaign designed to bring Montessori into the spotlight. Modeled after Dr. Maria Montessori’s original glass classroom held in 1915 at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, the goal of this project is to provide first-hand observation for those who are not yet familiar with the Montessori method demonstrating to parents, educators, and policymakers the power of Montessori to transform the lives of children.
We had an amazing event on May 28th, 2017 at Centennial Park in Nashville! Thank you to the event organizer Brooks Gerber and her team!
