Cool Springs Montessori, located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, TN, is currently seeking an Infant/ Toddler Lead guide. Open since 2011, CSM strives to be a warm, welcoming community in which children and adults alike find friendship and support. We currently serve children ages 18 months through kindergarten, and would like to open a Nido environment for children ages 6 months through 18 months. Applicants must have Montessori Infant/Toddler certification from a MACTE-accredited program. Applicants must also be at least 21 years of age. Our ideal candidate will have a love of teaching and working with young children, classroom teaching experience, and a true passion for the Montessori philosophy. We are looking for someone who is self-guided, yet works well as a team player and collaborator, and someone who will be able to seamlessly transition into our established school community. Salary is commensurate with experience.
